Warranty and refund

Effective from 2025-10-20

1. Warranty Terms

1.1. All goods are subject to Manufacturer’s standard warrantyif stated in the product description.

1.2. The warranty is valid only if the product has been used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions given.

1.3. In the case of a guarantee, a proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

2. Right of return

2.1. Pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer shall have the right, within 14 calendar days to withdraw from the distance purchase contract by notifying the following e-mail address: info@ambergift.lt.

2.2. The returned product must:

  • not used,

  • intact,

  • in the original, neat and tidy packaging,

  • with all attachments and documents.

3. Return conditions

3.1. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the goods were defective or not as ordered.

3.2. The Seller shall refund the money within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

4. Defective or damaged goods

4.1. If the goods received are of poor quality or damaged, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email or telephone within 2 working days of receipt.

4.2. In this case, the Seller shall replace the goods at its own expense or refund the full amount.

5. Cases of non-acceptance of goods

5.1. Goods not eligible for return:

  • that have been used or mechanically damaged,

  • without original packaging,

  • custom-made (e.g. engraved or personalised).
