Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Provisions

1.1. These purchase rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) govern the purchase of goods in the online store www.amberbalticgift.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Store).

1.3. Every Buyer who places an order in the Store confirms that they have read and fully agree with these Rules.

2. Order Placement and Payment

2.1. The Buyer places an order by selecting the desired goods, adding them to the cart, and filling in the required information.

2.2. Payments are made via the secure e-payment system “SEB e-commerce payment solution“ and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

2.3. An order is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Conditions

3.1. Goods are delivered via Omniva and Venipak post offices and courier services Lithuania and EU countriesdepending on the size of the parcel.

3.2. Delivery costs from 3 €.

3.3. Available from free pick-up at our physical store at: Latvių g. 7a, VilniusOnly after receiving an email that your order is ready for collection.

3.4. The delivery time for goods is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

4. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Buyer must provide accurate contact details to ensure proper order fulfillment.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by returning the goods, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods on time and according to the provided information.

5.2. The Seller has the right to suspend or adjust trading conditions, informing in advance on the website.

5.3. The Seller must protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, in compliance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached – in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Rules, informing about it on the website www.amberbalticgift.lt.
